Prysmian is seeking a Manufacturing Lean Black Belt / CI leader to own the site transformation and design a robust Lean roadmap aligned with strategy. You will drive Kaizen events, remove constraints, and establish standard work to deliver measurable improvements in cost, throughput, and delivery.
You’ll report to the Site Director and influence leadership to sustain changes, building a pipeline of Lean leaders and ensuring long-term impact across high-volume value streams.
