• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care across shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, ensuring continuity and adherence to standards.
• Address operational or clinical issues in real time to maintain smooth facility operations.
• Engage with residents and staff while upholding the organization’s values, excellence, and integrity.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered Connecticut RN licensure.
• Active CPR certification.
• Prior supervisory experience in a senior living environment.
• Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
