CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

$21.00/hour - $26.50/hour

Compensation & Schedule
  • Competitive Pay: $21.00/hour - $26.50/hour based on experience
  • Shift Differentials: $1.00/hour for weekends, $2.00/hour for evenings andnights
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 sign-on bonus! (Sign-on bonus eligibility requires full-time status (32+ hrs/week). Paid out over 12 months.)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Shifts available!
What You'll Do:
  • Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well‑being, observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the nursing staff
  • Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, including bed making, room tidying, and infection control practices
  • Support nursing staff in delivering treatments, procedures, and documentation as directed, ensuring compliance with facility policies and protocols
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life
What You'll Need:
  • Active, unencumbered Connecticut CNA certification.
  • Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
