The facility is part of the largest and most integrated healthcare system in Connecticut, featuring a broad network of seven acute care hospitals, thriving community teaching hospitals, and one of the largest multi‑specialty medical groups in New England with more than 1,000 providers.

Job Details- Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity providing value‑based care to oncology patients primarily in outpatient settings.
- Involved in triage and the full spectrum of outpatient management of cancer patients including urgent visits, chemotherapy pre‑treatment visits, follow‑up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.
- Full‑time, Monday through Friday schedule with potential for a four 10‑hour day schedule option.
- Based in an outpatient medical oncology practice with the opportunity to participate in acute care consultation services.
- Opportunities for professional advancement and training through a unique relationship with Memorial Sloan Kettering.
- Comprehensive and individualized onboarding and orientation program provided.
- Support available through a dedicated Office of Advanced Practice committed to the growth and development of Advanced Practitioners, as well as access to the Office of Provider Wellness.
- Exposure to many APP‑directed educational opportunities within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
- Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required.
- Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is highly preferred.
