Advanced Practitioners – Other Specialties

• Provide direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient (hybrid) settings in collaboration with physicians
• Cover hospital and ambulatory clinic locations as part of a hybrid role
• Identify and communicate diagnostic information that should be considered emergent to physician colleagues in a timely manner
• Prescribe, dispense, and administer therapeutic and corrective measures in accordance with scope of practice and collaborative relationships
• Demonstrate a passion for cardiology and adaptability within a rapidly growing institute
• Full‑time position, 40 hours per week with some weekends and holidays required
• Graduate of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred
• Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut
• National Board Certification or eligibility to be certified through AACN or ANCC required
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience required; cardiology experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
