Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour on all weekend shifts
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Schedule:
Part‑time, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every other weekend

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high‑quality resident care and smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise.
- Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise.
- Commit to delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of long‑term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
