Role
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, triage, and monitor patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures
- Communicate with patients and families
- Document assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols
- Educate patients on care plans
Minimum one year recent ER experience; valid RN license; current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications; strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; physical ability to perform duties; proficiency in English and basic PC skills.
