Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival
- Administer medications, treatments, and assist physicians during emergency procedures
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs, responding to urgent needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families regarding emergency procedures and care plans
- Follow safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and moving equipment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC systems
