Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector (Direct Hire)
Location: South Windham, CT
Pay Range: $30-$35
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Conduct In-Process and Final Inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
- Utilize inspection gauges such as micrometers and calipers to measure and verify parts
- Analyze and prepare certification and documentation for quality assurance records
- Prepare reports for management to communicate inspection results and issues
- Work independently and collaboratively to identify and resolve quality issues
What's Needed?
- Knowledge of blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with Navy specifications and Electric Boat Standard Clauses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC DMIS software
- Familiarity with ISO standards
- U.S. Citizenship required per DoD requirements
