• P repare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Accommodate special diets and resident preferences
• Assist with food prep, plating, and portion control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to ensure quality service

• Managers Serv Safe Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
