Community Health Resources in Willimantic, CT seeks a Community Support Worker for the Community Support for Families program. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with two evenings as needed.
Mileage reimbursement and a company vehicle are available for shared team use. You will assess family needs, provide crisis support, and link families to community services, liaising with DCF and hospitals.
