Collision Repair Apprenticeship Program

With our apprenticeship program you can get hands-on experience in a top-rated facility working alongside highly skilled technicians and using the industry's latest technology and equipment.

Each teammate is a valued part of the repair process. We support each member of our team with the tools and technology needed to be successful. State of the art collision repair equipment and tools, and all the training you can handle. You will expand your skill while being paid!

Program details:

  • Learn every aspect of auto body repair from disassembly to refinish
  • Members will be mentored by highly trained, I-CAR certified technicians
  • After a 12–16-month period, members will be evaluated and considered for full time employment
  • Members will be offered a starter kit of trade specific tools worth $2,000 to use during the apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the program and a follow up evaluation, these tools can be yours
  • Hourly pay starting at a competitive rate and varying depending on the individual's current level of experience
  • All other duties assigned

Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HS Diploma or GED, Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull
  • Extended periods of kneeling, bending, and squatting to complete or inspect repairs
  • Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
  • Performing repetitive motions
