Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Full-time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations and build trusted relationships with patients in their own homes. You will conduct 45-minute visits to review medications, histories, and perform physical assessments, ordering tests as needed, without prescribing or altering treatments.
Travel will be up to 100% within designated areas, including overnight stays, with support for multi-state licensing.
