Inventory Management Supervisor

• Establish processes, procedures and systems related to product purchasing and order schedule
• Collaborate to develop production planning strategies
• Manage vendor compliance with new and existing vendors
• Ensure data integrity of product information in the order management system
• Supervise Inventory Planners and Support Staff
• Manage and coordinate daily department activities related to forecasting and analysis, transportation, purchase orders, and vendor communication
• Report to the Senior Director of Inventory Management and Operations

• 5 years in roles of increasing responsibility in inventory management, supply chain or merchandising roles
• Must have systems development experience
• Purchasing experience, preferably in re-orderable basics, home, apparel or other soft goods
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, MS Access or similar
• Must reside in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, or Massachusetts
• Relocation assistance is not available

Demonstrates expertise in inventory management and supply chain processes, with a strong focus on systems development, vendor compliance, and data integrity in order management. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate departmental activities effectively.
