Job Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care or comparable clinical setting
  • Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes as needed
  • Commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care
