North Windham Veterinary Hospital is a full‑service dog and cat veterinary hospital, located in Windham, ME, serving the communities of Windham, Raymond, Casco, Gray, Standish, Westbrook, and greater Portland since 1989. The hospital offers preventive and wellness care, surgery, dentistry, pain management, diagnostics, in‑house laboratory and pharmacy services, and digital radiology.

Windham, ME
Salary: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
What You’ll Do- Executing treatment orders
- Performing blood draws
- Collecting urine samples – void, express, cystocentesis
- Administering medications – PO, IM, SQ, SL, IV
- Keeping cages clean and sanitized
- Walking, feeding, and picking up after the animals
- Various housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, taking out garbage)
- Calculating medication mg/kg
- Creating a dosing schedule from DVM orders
- Communicating with clients via phone and in‑person
- Taking radiographs, CBC, chem, lytes, performing and reading urinalysis
- Restraining animals
- Outpatient procedures
- Filling prescribed medications
