As the Assistant Deli Manager, you will be the second-in-command to our Deli Manager, ensuring the daily operations of the deli department run smoothly. You will safeguard quality, champion customer service, and maintain cleanliness. Your mission includes managing inventory, training staff, and creating a positive, productive work environment. You will also showcase creativity by implementing merchandising strategies and collaborating with other departments to give customers an epic shopping experience.
