Guest Service Associate​/Cashier - Seasonal Flex

Job Summary

Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving a top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store‑level tasks. At Global Partners, business starts with people. • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale following corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies, ensuring in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Support GSA new hire employee onboarding and training.

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, e.g., outside, cooler.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs; reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.

• Pay Range: $16.16 – $19.37 per hour, determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
