RV Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top‑notch, high‑quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team.
• Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high‑integrity approach with each customer.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate (preferred).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

This position is a 100% commission‑based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs). Estimated variable compensation range: $50,000 – $150,000 annually.

In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage in addition to variable compensation. In all other states, you will receive a minimum hourly compensation of not less than $12.25 or the applicable state minimum wage, if higher.
