Lead Heat Pump Installer - Windham, ME

We are seeking exceptional Lead HVAC Heat Pump Installers to deliver the highest quality residential HVAC experiences. This role requires a self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer‑focused attitude, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

• Install, diagnose, and maintain HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job.
• Demonstrate effective relationships with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Complete required paperwork for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Perform all tasks efficiently and safely.
• Adapt flexibility to work schedules and assignments as needed.
• Represent the company professionally, with confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect.
• Meet physical requirements: lift up to 70 lb, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel to locations.

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Heat pump experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• EPA certification.
• Own hand and power tools.

• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Job type: full‑time.

$30 – $37 an hour.
