HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows how to troubleshoot a system, take care of the customer, and provide the right solution.

Job Duties
  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
  • Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
  • Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
  • Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
  • Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Lennox, Samsung and other models.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • EPA 608 certification required
  • Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
  • Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting and refrigerant concerns
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand
  • Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus
