Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self‑motivated individual to fill the role of Reconciliation Clerk.
Responsibilities- Help manage Purchase Order Confirmations, which include quantity changes, and adding/deleting items
- Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts
- Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature
- Manage vendor discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders
- Manage/Solve team member discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders and maintaining inventory integrity
- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data
- Ensure follow‑up action as and when necessary
- Support Receiving department with communications between Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting and Vendors
- Good communication skills necessary
- Self‑motivated with analytical skills and a desire to grow and move up in the organization
- Strong multi‑tasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team based environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Business Objects experience helpful
- Accounting, Operations or Purchasing experience a plus
- Other duties as assigned
- Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs
- High School education or equivalent required
- Minimum work experience of two to three years
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
- Maintain and promote workplace safety
