Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self‑motivated individual to fill the role of Reconciliation Clerk.

Responsibilities
  • Help manage Purchase Order Confirmations, which include quantity changes, and adding/deleting items
  • Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts
  • Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature
  • Manage vendor discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders
  • Manage/Solve team member discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders and maintaining inventory integrity
  • Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data
  • Ensure follow‑up action as and when necessary
  • Support Receiving department with communications between Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting and Vendors
  • Good communication skills necessary
  • Self‑motivated with analytical skills and a desire to grow and move up in the organization
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team based environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Business Objects experience helpful
  • Accounting, Operations or Purchasing experience a plus
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs
  • High School education or equivalent required
  • Minimum work experience of two to three years
  • Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
  • Maintain and promote workplace safety
  • Securing and transferring cash or other assets
