Key Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple functions
  • Process accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, and expense reports
  • Manage accounts receivable activities and customer account maintenance
  • Assist with payroll processing through Paylocity
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with financial reporting
  • Participate in audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliations
  • Familiarity with month‑end close processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
