Location:

Windsor Locks, CT – Hybrid (office & remote). U.S. citizenship required.

Join Collins Aerospace to manage aircraft repair procurement for commercial and military airline customers. The role involves account management, cross‑functional coordination, and process improvement to support customer and business objectives.

• Liaise on issues related to assigned orders.
• Manage repair purchase orders for commercial and/or military airline customers.
• Communicate customer requirements, acknowledge orders, provide quoting, and manage shipment and invoicing.
• Handle contractual requirements: asset reporting, service level/on‑time delivery, turn‑time penalty avoidance, and status reporting.
• Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service.
• Travel up to 5%.

• University degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship (required for access to certain information).

• Experience in contract administration.
• Customer‑facing experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
