Salary Range: $107,500 - $204,500 USD
Responsibilities- Coordinate all TINA-related activities for supplier proposals with various supply chain elements.
- Partner with Sourcing and Commodity Managers to identify cost discrepancies, perform cost/price analysis, and support negotiation strategies.
- Maintain and track supplier submission status, clarifications, fact‑finding inputs, and audit support documentation.
- Organize and lead fact‑finding sessions between suppliers and internal cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Ensure timely preparation and completion of Current Cost or Pricing Data (CCPD) packages.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, checklists, and guidance documents to ensure process consistency.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on TINA requirements, data expectations, and best practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support continuous improvement of processes to reduce compliance risk.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Travel up to 10%.
Must Have:
- University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of TINA requirements, FAR/DFARS regulations, and government contracting processes.
- Experience with supply chain, procurement, cost/price analysis, or program financials.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
