Job Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the rental and return process
Greet every customer with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and behavior
Ensure each customer receives a clean, safe, and ready-to-rent vehicle
Assist customers with rental options, services, and vehicle information
Offer optional products and services based on customer needs
Accurately prepare rental agreements and return documentation
Review rental policies, rates, and charges with customers
Verify customer qualifications according to rental requirements
Answer incoming calls in a helpful and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Help manage customer flow and minimize wait times
Provide directions, maps, and local area information when needed
Support a positive team environment through teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Previous customer service experience required
Valid driver’s license required
Clean driving record within the past 3 years
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Location
Pay: $20.00/hour — paid weekly
Location: Bradley International Airport
