VALET

As an Airport Valet at The Parking Spot, you'll deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers using our near-airport parking facilities. Responsibilities include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and coordinating with shuttle drivers to ensure on-time airport transfers. You will process payments, follow safety and security procedures, and keep the lot and valet areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with professional, friendly service
• Safely park, move, and retrieve guest vehicles following company procedures
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers for timely airport drop-off and pick-up
• Handle payment processing and issue tickets or receipts accurately
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage and document as needed
• Follow all safety, traffic, and security protocols on the lot
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking and valet areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests
