Requirements:Up-to-date Coaching Permit, CPR, First Aid and proof of successful concussion training. All coaches must take a 5-year refresher on concussions. All coaches must annually review the state awareness plan on sudden cardiac arrest.
Inquiries regarding obtaining a Temporary Coaching Permit may be obtained by calling or emailing the Athletic Director, Robert Howe at rhowe.
Please indicate whether your Coaching Permit, CPR, and First Aid are current; if so, provide the expiration dates.
