Requirements:
Up-to-date Coaching Permit, CPR, First Aid and proof of successful concussion training. All coaches must take a 5-year refresher on concussions. The refresher for coaches must include: current best practices regarding coaching in the sport as identified by the governing body. All coaches must annually review the state awareness plan on sudden cardiac arrest.

Inquiries regarding obtaining a Temporary Coaching Permit may be obtained by contacting the Athletic Director, Rob Howe ase indicate whether your Coaching Permit, CPR, and First Aid are current, if so, what are the expiration dates.
