To ensure a positive experience, each intern receives a tailored training program focused on translating your unique skill set to our organization.
What You Can Expect- You will be placed in a role tailored to your desired career path within business aviation.
- Opportunities are available for Skill Bridge in all business units including Aircraft Maintenance, Component Repair & Overhaul, Flight Test, Engineering and Defense. Our goal is to find a fit that matches your previous military experience and skill set.
- Exposure to Bombardier policies and procedures and connection building across the organization will help you transition your military experience to the civilian side of aviation.
- You will learn and implement new skills through specific assignments that support your transition.
- Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your discharge and at least 180 continuous days of active service.
- Obtain approval from your unit commander.
- Understand that participation can be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate.
- Be flexible to work various hours and schedules depending on the role.
