Collins Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineering Team Lead located in Windsor Locks, CT. This candidate will manage a small team of engineers to support propeller products and drive new product development. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering activities, leading systems design and validation projects, and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in STEM, relevant experience in aerospace, and the ability to lead technical discussions.
