What You Will Do

• Manage and analyze supplier supplied data including SRI's, or other line stopping issues for top and systemic drivers and help to implement the RRCA

• Aggregate and interpret trend indications

• Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead a rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with quality and cross-functional teams.

• Support continuous improvement goals.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

• Five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.

• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes

• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System

• Excellent communication skills

• High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) a plus

Pay Range: $33.65/hour - $36.06/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered a hybrid position located in Windsor, CT

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, up to 50% of travel is required.
