Summary

Kforce's client, a publicly traded financial services company located in Hartford, CT, is expanding and looking for a Senior Analyst for their Investments Team. The Senior Investment Analyst supports senior investment leadership in managing and monitoring alternative and non-traditional investment portfolios. The role spans analytical, operational, and reporting responsibilities across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, onboarding, performance monitoring, and portfolio reporting.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in investment analysis and a desire to grow within an institutional investment environment.

The Senior Investment Analyst provides broad support to the investment function, contributing to manager oversight, portfolio construction, risk management, and investment operations. The role supports senior investment leadership in managing and monitoring alternative and non-traditional investment portfolios, spanning analytical, operational, and reporting responsibilities across the full investment lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Professional designation (e.g., CFA, CAIA, or equivalent) preferred
• 5+ years of relevant investment or analytical experience
• Experience evaluating or allocating capital to non-traditional or private investments preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
