Role Overview Provides compassionate pharmacy consulting and clinical services, including medication counseling, immunizations, and diagnostic testing, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Patient
  
  Experience:
  
  Greet and assist patients, resolve issues, and promote healthcare services to improve satisfaction and shift the pharmacy role from transactional to interpersonal.
• Operations:
  Dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and support pharmacy workflows. Collaborate on business strategies, support insurance processing, and perform clinical and wellness services.
• People & Performance Management:
  Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Address employee relations and maintain team morale.
• Training & Development:
  Maintain required certifications, stay current with industry knowledge, and pursue ongoing education and professional development.
• Communication & Business Performance:
  Relay corporate health initiatives, analyze pharmacy performance data, and identify improvement opportunities. Build community relationships with healthcare providers to promote pharmacy services.

BS or PharmD degree, valid pharmacist license, immunizer certification or willingness, minimum one year of pharmacy experience, knowledge of pharmacy laws, and leadership skills preferred.
