You are responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments that allow our guests to relax and feel ough attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.

What you will be doing:Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Emptying trash containers.
- Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
- Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
- A keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service skills.
- A pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Flexible working hours. This is a 2nd shift position 2.30pm-11pm.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to follow instructions.
