The Demand Planner will manage customer purchase orders, demand forecasts, and Zero Hour Returned Units throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment and identifying opportunities to improve product and supply planning.
What You Will Do:- Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment.
- Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer demand forecast
- Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Zero Hour Returned Units, gaining insights into product lifecycle management and the challenges associated
- Support SI&OP team – Giving presentations to a wide audience (Demand Reviews)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Displays experience using SAP
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
- Experience communicating with external customers and key internal stakeholders
- Experience generating reports and evaluating large amounts of data
