Position Overview
Keep our communities fed. As a Repack Selector, you will select individual items from bulk packages in repack aisles, maintain order of repack aisles, and rack pallets of incoming product.
Compensation & Schedule$23.00 per hour. Full Time, 2nd Shift – Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday with a 6 pm start.
Location:
500 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
- Read order sheets to find items in the repack area.
- Remove units from full cases in specified quantities.
- Put away any incoming product.
- Check quantities of pick‑slots and refill as needed.
- Stage product for loaders.
- Ensure pick accuracy and protect product from damage.
- Maintain sanitation in the aisles according to policy and procedure.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Continually stand, bend, pull, lift, and pivot up to 90 % of the shift.
- Walk on various surfaces including concrete, tile, and carpet.
- Frequently lift products weighing between 1–60 lbs. or more.
- Lift products ranging from floor to overhead.
- Work on multiple levels of varying height.
- Handle sharp objects, including box‑cutting tools, safely.
