• Quality Compliance:
  Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure that all products comply with relevant regulatory, industry, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality processes.
• Audits and Assessments:
  Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Prepare for and support external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
• Standard Work:
  Create and implement standard work procedures for key quality processes. Ensure consistent application of quality controls and best practices across the site.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting:
  Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality. Prepare and present performance trends to cross functional management and other stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
• Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA):
  Responsible for effective Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA. Lead investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
• Strategic Initiatives:
  Lead the execution of quality initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
• New Product Introduction (NPI):
  Create and execute quality plans for the successful introduction of new products, including risk assessments, process validations, and first article inspections, to ensure that new products meet all quality and performance criteria before full-scale production.
