How you can Make a Difference

• Working for Paradies Lagardère provides you with the opportunity to create a meaningful and positive impact on your community and the environment.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensil, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
• Collect empty bottles and glasses.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
• Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
• Refill ice bins.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching,
  gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distance for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
