Customer Support as a Retail Pricing Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Representative to support the Merchandising team within a fast-paced wholesale grocery distribution environment.
This role is responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy, supporting customer contracts, processing cost changes, monitoring billing activity, and ensuring product data integrity.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with both internal teams and customers.
What You'll Do- Manage customer pricing and contract information to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate vendor and manufacturer pricing updates, including regional pricing structures and customer-specific programs.
- Process cost increases, decreases, promotional allowances, and special pricing agreements.
- Review weekly billing activity related to promotions, flyers, deposits, and gross profit initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve pricing, billing, and item setup discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product setup, and contract-related matters.
- Maintain and update tracking tools for new item introductions and pricing changes.
- Analyze reports to identify pricing variances, credit opportunities, and rebilling needs.
- Support Merchandisers with gross profit reporting, merchandising projects, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate product and vendor information to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Must have strong MS Office skills
M-F 7:30am – 4pm or 8am – 4:30pm
Pay$26.50
