Lambert Lawn Care is looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and manage our landscaping teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in landscape maintenance or installation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews
- Train and mentor team members in proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to company standards
- Assist with the scheduling and planning of landscape projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation best practices
