Do you enjoy solving tough mechanical and electrical problems under time pressure?

Watch what the work looks like: you’ll take onPMs and break/fix work on forklifts and material handling assets.
Root-cause troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Safety inspections and compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
Clear, complete maintenance records and parts usage logs.
Collaboration with peers to improve uptime and fleet performance.
Professional communication with customers on equipment status and next steps.
Continuous learning on evolving forklift technologies.
What you’ll need Experience as a forklift technician or similar equipment tech.
Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic instincts.
Knowledge of electrical circuits and hydraulic systems.
Comfort working solo and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and service orientation.
Valid driver’s license; ability to operate forklifts safely.
Technical certification in forklift repair is a plus.
Experience snapshot1–2 years logging work orders and PMs in a computerized tracking system (CMMS/asset tool).Familiarity with Crown, Raymond, and Toyota equipment is a plus.
Backgrounds from automotive or wheeled-army mechanics are welcome.
