Embedded Hardware Software Integration Tester

Job Summary

The Role:

In this position, you'll be at the heart of the testing process, conducting manual tests on rigs and supporting the verification of embedded real-time software. You'll work closely with an experienced team that is ready to help you get up to speed on proprietary tools and methodologies.

• Perform Hardware/Software Integration Testing (HSIT) for the program
• Conduct manual testing on a test rig
• Support verification testing of embedded real-time software developed under DO-178A Level A processes.
• Develop and execute HSIT test procedures.
• Create test result reports and weekly status reports.

• Experience with electronic engine controls for gas turbine engines (preferred).
• Must be able to Demonstrated knowledge of the DO-178A software development process for Level A software.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt through on-the-job training.
• Flexibility to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Experience doing embedded software integration testing.
• Experience with working with in test rig environments.

Experience with electronic engine controls for gas turbine engines would be preferred.
