Ramp Agent

Overview

Description Shift 1:00pm-7:00pm. Minimum 3 days a week, weekends mandatory availability. View our Ramp Agent video here:

• Assist passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations as part of the ramp team.
• Load and unload luggage, freight, and cargo on and off commercial aircraft as part of a team.
• Drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles as required; a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record is required.
• Interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material labels, loading manifests, and baggage/cargo routing tags; perform basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Cross-train to work in other areas of the operation; training is provided to ensure full readiness prior to starting.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Flexibility to work the stated shift (1:00pm–7:00pm) and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to be cross-trained.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not required; classroom and on-the-job training are provided.
