• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring passengers reach their destination.
• Provide exceptional client and customer service, offering city directions and answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
• Assist disabled passengers and prop up self‑service agents such as cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to guide customers.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items at airport locations.
• Execute any additional duties requested by the Facility Manager.

• Education/

Experience:

Less than high school or one month related experience, training, or equivalent combination.

• Licensing:
Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement per DOT regulations.

• Medical: DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) required.

• Availability:
Work special shifts as needed; may include 3rd shift or weekends.

Skills:

Basic reading, writing, and customer communication; simple arithmetic; ability to maintain neat appearance and uniform; ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Salary: $24.00 – $26.50 per hour.
