Warehouse Cross Dock Associate - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

As a Cross Dock Pallet Jack Operator, you will use an electric pallet jack to load, unload and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of a warehouse facility.

In this role, you will ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to the correct doors, and ensure load quality. Pay $22.00 per hour. Full time, second shift (4:00p.m.–2:30a.m.) at 500 North St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack
• Assist in unloading cross‑dock trailers
• Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors is being accomplished
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of the warehouse facility
• Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Continuously standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift; walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.; frequently lifting produce weighing between 1–60lbs. or more, lifting from floor to overhead, working on multiple levels of varying height, handling sharp objects including box‑cutting tools.
