As a Bookkeeper, you will oversee all accounting functions and report to the Executive Director. Successful candidates will have experience in payroll systems, particularly in unionized contexts, and will support the Management Team on various financial matters.

• Process accounts receivable and payable accurately
• Perform payroll processing in a timely manner
• Prepare for audits while ensuring quality compliance
• Assist in achieving departmental goals aligned with facility vision
• Contribute to staff recruitment and orientation efforts

• Accounting or Business Administration diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience
• Experience in union payroll management
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check for employment
