Payroll Administrator
Manufacturing | Windsor, Ontario | Full-Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekly Payroll
Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join the Finance/HR team. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle payroll role that requires a strong command of ADP Workforce Now, sound knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, and the professionalism to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate weekly payroll processing while supporting the broader finance function.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and related data
- Calculate employee pay and benefit entitlements in Canadian currency using ADP Workforce Now
- Prepare and verify employee earnings statements, including gross/net pay, statutory deductions, garnishments, RRSP contributions, and all applicable deductions
- Process employee payroll payments, including regular wages, bonuses, vacation pay, and special payments
- Prepare payroll‑related filings and documentation including T4s, Records of Employment, and RRSP submissions
- Prepare and balance period‑end payroll reports
- Reconcile issued payroll and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee, payroll, and financial records
- Communicate professionally with employees, management, and internal departments on payroll matters
- Support the Finance Team with additional administrative, reporting, and accounting tasks as needed
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience using ADP Workforce Now — this is a firm requirement
- Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Payroll Administration, or a related field (experience will be weighted heavily)
- Solid knowledge of payroll administration, payroll tax, employment standards, and related legal requirements
- Experience with full‑cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Proficiency with job costing is an asset
- Experience with Visual (ERP) is considered an asset
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- One week of vacation available after 90 days (with flexibility to start from Day 1 if needed)
- Consistent schedule:
