• Manage accounts payable and process invoices accurately
• Record and reconcile transactions across multiple entities
• Maintain vendor records and assist with cash management
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory compliance

• 3+ years of accounting experience required
• Proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
• Background in real estate or property management is a plus
