Position: BG HR APPRENTICE -

BG HR APPRENTICE -

Hourly Rate - $21.00

  • Provide administrative support to the HR, EHS, and Leadership Teams
  • Open daily mail and stamp all invoices, plus distribute mail to others.
  • Monitoring of Office / Cafeteria / Janitorial and Safety Supplies including replenishing inventory.
  • Record minutes during Daily Leadership Stand-Up meetings, including follow-up communication emails to the Leadership Team
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities as required
  • Greet visitors and assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating plant visits, training sessions, plant functions, and special events, including in-house business meals
  • Clerical duties such as typing, filing, planning meetings for all departments.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy within company systems and databases, including VISO/LEO and Collectio systems
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and support document control activities
  • Support HR administration activities including attendance tracking and employee onboarding documentation
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, certifications, reports, and departmental documentation
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and employee communications as required
  • Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and company events
  • Provide administrative support for Environmental Management activities
  • Report and assist in addressing safety concerns requiring immediate attention by Supervisors and Plant Leadership
  • Ensuring compliance to and participate in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, TISAX and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor and Plant Manager, for Safety related matters requiring immediate attention.
